Lady Fair

She rode my steed to where I am,
In rolling hills of green ready,
Sojourning off the ocean's shores,
Of Persia to wait my Lady.

O sweet with love pure attracts me,
Since it is rarer to my heart,
Awakening as it seems all,
My soul deeply never to part.

In a life's world weary so black,
I, a Gallant Knight am beset,
With woe on my face as great pains,
Of tender love haunt bouts regret.

I am a Warrior staring,
Death in the face daily yet I,
Wake up loitering alone in,
A pallid performance to die.

My Lady Fair lulls me to sleep,
Soothing my wretched anguished soul,
A Knight-In-Arms haggard and worn,
In fragrant songs to keep me whole.

She rides same as winds whisper songs,
For the redness of her hair glows,
Like the brightest sunset afire,
A love pure and true sings and flows.

Long red hair thick and flowing as,
A melody breezing through winds,
Beautiful fully accents all,
Meadow lands in a kiss she sends.

Adorning her head is lovely,
Garland with lilies ever white,
As her skin smoothly gives her life,
Inviting closer me on sight.

My Lady Fair has innocence,
A sweet flower abloom for me,
To keep me spellbound silently,
As her eyes caress, I love thee.

She rode my steed to where I am,
In rolling hills of green ready,
Sojourning off the ocean's shores,
Of Persia to wait my Lady.
