"Let's Pray"

Let us bow our heads and pray
Thanking God for each new day,
Let us pray to always do His Will,
Cause God's truth abides still.

Let us tell Jesus first how much
We love Him and how glad,
We are that He is here with us all,
The time keeping us from being sad.

And Lord we pray for all who are hurting
With the burdens of the day,
We'll keep our eyes on You Dear Jesus
In Your sweet peace we'll always stay.

Bless Mommy and Daddy who are so good,
To teach us all about Your Love,
Dear Jesus, cause You are Love to everyone,
Thank You for sending Pure Love from Above.

Lord we thank You for being always there
To listen to our every prayer,
When we are hurt and things aren't right,
You fill our hearts with such delight.

Lord we pray for friends all over the world
Many are away from family and home,
We pray angels to camp round about them,
Lord please watch over them as they roam.

Lord we pray for this brand New Year
That You will bless and bring us cheer.
It won't be long then You will come,
We'll hear You say, "my Child, well done."

We feel Your Presence all around us
As we enter into Your Holy of Holies,
We'll Praise You for all You have done,
You gave us Jesus, Your only Son.
