Memorial Day
Our Father may Your Ever,
Lasting Arms reach out across this,
World, covering all Your children,
In protection never amiss.

On Memorial Day we mourn,
And give heartfelt wishes for peace,
Showering love on graves of Brave,
Praying wars will finally cease.

Decorating Brave graves with rose,
Garlands, wreaths, flowers in bouquets,
We remember all they've endured,
For us counting the years and days.

Real Life Heroes fighting for their,
Country, their Motherland they serve,
And we honor our Valiant,
Giving all glory they deserve.

We reflect on each sacrifice,
And service of each Soldier and,
Veteran as eyes fill with the tears,
For their lives will forever stand.

All hearts are full on this Day for,
The finest men and women who,
Endured, honoring in prayer those,
Gone and those who now remain true.

This Day's a National Moment,
Of Remembrance as everyone,
Keeps silent for one minute while,
Taps is played beneath God's bright sun.

As we give glory and honor,
To those men and women who lost,
Their lives so that we might live,
Let's never forget what war cost.

Our Father may Your Ever,
Lasting Arms reach out across this,
World, covering all Your children,
In protection never amiss.
