Mother

I have the loveliest Rose and,
Beautiful Pearls surrounded by,
A reflecting heart of my love,
Mother, flying through Heaven's sky.

How all the memories of you,
Whisper sweeter as time goes by,
Oh I need you right now Mother,
While I'm feeling you so nearby.

It's nearly Mother's Day and I'm,
Longing to hold you close once more,
Handing you lovely red roses,
Across the backyard to your door.

Oh how wonderful that would be,
Seeing your beautiful sweet face,
Smiling at me taking me in,
Your loving protective embrace.

There is no one like you Mother,
In all these long years that have gone,
Whispering goodbye in one breath,
Like the melody of a song.

Mother Roses are so you for,
Your love was so like our Lord,
Pure and gentle to everyone,
How I still feel your touch adored.

I believe your heart was so filled,
With compassion it was quite rare,
And I want to tell you how much,
I love you wishing for your care.

Forever in my heart are you,
My precious Mother I miss so,
To see you once again one day,
Will be glorious Oh I know.

Happy Mother's Day my Mother,
Every once in a while the sweet,
Scent of you surrounds me and I,
Look around just in case we meet.

I see you smiling now and it,
Blesses me, having been a while,
Much has happened but all in all,
I'll see you Mother by and by.

I wish you a Happy Mother’s Day,
My love to you is for always,
One day we will be close again,
Mother, I’ll miss you all my days.

Reach for the loveliest Rose and,
Beautiful Pearls surrounded by,
A reflecting heart of my love,
Mother, flying through Heaven's sky.
