Nature's Harmony

Spring is the most beautiful time of year,
When nature is in harmony.
All flowers and fresh green grass,
And birds singing in the trees.

The warming Spring sunshine
After the long cold Wintry weather,
Makes lying in the fresh new grass,
Such a treat for animals playing together.

Horses and creatures of all kinds,
Will meet to celebrate,
The lovely new season,
After a long Winter's wait.

Cool clear water on a hot Summer day,
From a cool spring running free,
Is such a special treat,
And close beside a big shade tree.

If all the world could be in harmony,
And enjoy these many treats,
There wouldn't be so much trouble,
On our city streets.

There are things in the forest,
Like apples, nuts, and berries
Pecans and other treats,
Certain roots and even wild cherries.

Nature takes good care of them,
They are in the Master's hands.
He feeds His creation well,
For all of that was planned.

You might just see a rabbit hopping around,
A squirrel climb up a tree,
But whatever the forest offers,
Is always a sight to see.

Nature is in harmony with all of God's creation,
Cool streams of water for to drink.
Trees to furnish food for animals,
Foliage for protection and many other things.

Birds eat berries and drop the seeds,
From those grow other trees,
New growth is needed to replenish
And fill the forest needs.

Nature's creatures are carefully kept,
And supplied by the substance of the Earth.
How I wish man could learn from them,
The meaning of Earth's worth.

Nature brings us Summer rains,
And sunshine to make crops grow.
We are given land to plant and harvest,
But only God can make them grow.

We work the land to grow our food,
And supply our family's needs,
But only if He supplies the rain and sunshine,
To bring up those planted seeds.

Then Harvest will come,
And another season will begin.
Animals will take to shelter,
Until another Winter ends.
